Shipping policy & Payment
ALL orders placed with Yahki Awakened Eye Of Lotus Botanical Health Club must be addressed and shipped to a Health Club Member. Any orders placed shipping to a non-member will result in cancellation of the order. It may take up to 10 business days before your order is processed, and processing may take up to 5 or 10 business days. After your order is processed it takes additional time for packaging, shipping, and delivery. It is unlikely but it may take your order anywhere between 5 - 30 business days before delivery. (this does not include the day your order was placed, weekends, or holydays). Please note that it’s our priority to get your orders out to you a soon as possible.
Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Please Note: Expedited shipping options are NOT available online and must be phoned in to our office. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed, added to, or combined. Any additions will be billed and shipped as a separate order.
We do not take orders over the phone. Orders can only be placed on website. If a health club member is having issues ordering on website, please contact us through our website live chat and a staff member will assist.
Please Note: We are a very busy office and will require a voicemail to be left if there is not a representative available at the time of your call. All voicemails are returned in the order in which they are received. Please allow up to 72 hours (Monday -Thursday) for a return call. International orders must be placed on our website or via email. Thank you in advance for your understanding and willful cooperation.
Pick up orders
We don’t offer any onsite pickups. All orders must be shipped.

To order by mail, we ask that you first phone our office to receive a grand total with Shipping and Handling costs included. Please send a personal or business check or money order payable to YAHKI AWAKENED LLC along with a list of the items you wish to purchase to:

Out of Stock Items
If there is not a suitable substitution to be made, the remainder of the order will be sent without the out of stock item(s). No item will be placed on backorder. Out of stock items must be reordered by the Member when the item is back in stock.
Please include the Name that appears on the card, Account Number, Expiration Date, CVV security code, and Billing Address that is associated with the Credit Card.
Once you have received an invoice from a member of our processing team with your grand total, please submit payment to paypal.me/YahkiAwakenedLLC
Please note: When paying via PayPal for phone orders or additions made to an online order, your order will be held until all funds have been processed/received. This may result in a delay to your order.
All standard orders shipped within the USA will ship via UPS Ground, UPS Flat Rate (if requirements are met, available online ONLY) or USPS Priority mail 2-3 day, depending on the members request at the time of placing the order. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
All Expedited orders are $100 (US dollars) shipping is not included. Expedited orders must be phoned in to our office and to reviewed with a staff member prior to shipping. Expedited orders are available on first come first serve basis depending on the volume of orders received per day. All Expedited orders will ship via UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day, Next Day Air or USPS Priority Express 1-2 day, depending on the members request at the time of placing the order. Expedited orders will be shipped out the next same Business day if placed before 12:00pm CST and containing 20 items or less, or within the next 48 hours if received after 12:00pm CST or containing more than 20 items.
Please note: USPS Priority mail 2-3 day is NOT an expedited shipping option.
Signature is required upon delivery for ALL UPS and USPS shipments for order over $250.00 All 3rd party shipments (Drop-ship orders) will require a Signature upon delivery regardless of whether the waiver is filled out. We feel this is necessary to ensure our products arrive to our Health Club Members safely. A tracking number will be emailed once an order has shipped for the member's convenience. Any returned package due to a signature not being able to be obtained at the time of delivery is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. This cost is included within the Shipping & Handling rates available online.
In the event that a package is lost during transit, we ask that our members contact Yahki Awakened Eye Of lotus Botanical Health Club ASAP in order for an investigation to be opened with the appropriate carrier. Investigation response times typically take 2-5 business days, but can take longer. Once an outcome is reached, Yahki Awakened Eye Of Lotus Botanical Health Club will be in contact with the member to discuss the next available step.
We strongly suggest that all International Members check with their local customs agency for their Rules & Regulations/Restrictions on the importation of Dietary Supplements and/or our Herbal Formula ingredients prior to placing an order. All International orders MUST be placed in writing, either through our website or via email. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
International Shipping Restrictions
Due to restrictions on herbal products and/or Dietary Supplements, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

Packages to Canada
Due to Health Canada's policies, we are only able to ship to Canada under the following conditions:
Shipments to Canada must be addressed to a Health Club Member and NOT a Company/Business name.
Orders addressed to a single Health Club Member can only receive up to a 90 day supply within a 90 day period.
Failure to comply will result in the package being held, returned and/or contents removed by Health Canada. Yahki Awakened Eye of Lotus Botanical Club is not responsible for any seized or returned package due to an individual's non-compliance with Health Canada regulations.
Endangered Species (Canada) CITES
CITES is an agency which monitors the importation of endangered plant and animal species into Canada.
Some botanicals are endangered and may be confiscated by customs. Please reference the CITES Endangered Species list before placing your order as we are not responsible for monitoring the list. If your items are confiscated, we will not be responsible for confiscated items.
We encourage all Canadian members to check with customs before placing orders to make sure your orders are in compliance.
If your package is lost in transit, please notify us immediately. Please give us 5 business days to investigate the status of your package. At times it may take longer than 5 days. Once we have an update someone from our staff will contact you to discuss next steps.
